Bookings & Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total service balance.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Rescheduling

  • Returning Clients

  • One courtesy reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Any additional rescheduling requires a new $50 non-refundable deposit to book a future appointment.

  • New Clients

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Rescheduling is not permitted. A new $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a future appointment.

New Client Policy

  • Deposits for new clients are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • New clients are not eligible for Nano-needling services.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or No Call / No Show appointments, will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.

  • Missed appointments cannot be credited or transferred.
