Bookings & Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total service balance.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Rescheduling
Returning Clients
One courtesy reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Any additional rescheduling requires a new $50 non-refundable deposit to book a future appointment.
New Clients
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

New Client Policy
Deposits for new clients are non-refundable and non-transferable.
New clients are not eligible for Nano-needling services.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or No Call / No Show appointments, will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
Missed appointments cannot be credited or transferred.
